Time to decorate and celebrate! Christmas isn’t far away and what better way to get into the festive spirit than a craft project that the whole family can get involved with. This simple ribbon Christmas garland idea is perfect for creating hand crafted decorations for your home, hang above the fireplace or dress the Christmas tree for an alternative to tinsel. We went for a traditional look with Natural Gingham and Hopsack but you can tailor make your garland to your own colour theme.
What you will need
Assorted 25mm wide ribbons x 200 cut at 17cm (you can use scraps of fabrics too)
Rope 15cm
Scissors
Glue Gun
Pine Cones
Dried orange slices
