CONGLETON HIGH WINNERS
Back in September Congleton High fashion and clothing students visited the Berisfords factory to learn about the industry as part of The Berisfords design award which we run alongside the school every year.
The brief this year was to design and make a bag using ribbon as the main feature, students displayed numerous techniques and creative methods to incorporate Berisfords trims and the final outcomes were very impressive. After much hard work from the pupils our Managing director Peter Bowers and Design director Fiona Hampton visited the school to judge the bags. The winner was Lucy Collins, Bethan Owen took 2nd place and Trinh Pham was awarded 3rd place.
A big well done to all the fashion students who took part!
